Meet Our Team
Sierra Fleming
Marketing Intern
Pursuing his technical communications degree at UCF, Sierra is currently working to achieve his AA degree at Valencia College. He has been interning with Raison D’etre Consulting for nearly six months while spearheading the marketing initiatives with our philanthropic initiatives honing his skills in marketing best practices. Sierra has also achieved multiple certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, and HubSpot, and is a keyword research GURU.
Kristina Davis
Founder and CEO
With her BFA in Interior Design from the International Academy of Design she achieved in 2007, Kristina Davis is able to view the business world through a more creative lens. Paired with her experience in leading small businesses, which spans over a decade, she works to aid growing businesses through their journeys in a way that prioritizes their Raison D’etre. Kristina values knowledge and humanities never ending pursuit towards it, she continues to work towards her Masters in Business Administration.
Bree Noret
Lead Intern
Pursuing her BS in Computing Technology and Software Development from Valencia College, Bree, has been interning with Raison D’etre Consulting for nearly a year gaining hands on experience across a variety of business functions from Data Analysis, Front & back end web development, and has been honing her CSS, HTML, and database management skills.
